The process was easy and efficient. The only problem was that I had to pay my escrow twice. That was because Idaho Housing and Finance sent a revision of the payoff amount after the first payoff was sent.

We were going with another morgage company that was going to give us a much higher interest rate and was taking forever to decide if we were going to have our loan approved for the offer we made. However, when we switched to InterWest we got approval quickly, the closing date got set and didn’t change, and we got a much better deal. Plus they bought us a pizza dinner after closing. Highly recommend!!

Our realtor recommended them and at first we found a lender that had us qualify for more but our realtor and the team at interwest mortgage made us feel more comfortable, explained why we qualified for less than what the other lender stated, and helped us find a price in our budget.

We recently bought a house using InterWest Mortgage as our lenders. We loved them! They had great communication in answering all of our questions and reminding us of any documents we missed sending them.
One thing they did which was above & beyond in my opinion is reaching out to our home insurance provider when we moved up our closing date by a week to update everything on their end.
Overall, they were great lenders through the whole process from getting pre-approved to finalizing our loan.
